The orations and notae of wisdom — Lemegeton, Book 5
The fifth and last book of the Lesser Key of Solomon —and the close of the whole Lemegeton («Finis Clavicula Salomonis»). It treats not of spirits but of a devout method: the holy orations, voces magicae and notae (figures) which —the text says— the Archangel Michael revealed to Solomon to obtain, in a short time, the memory, eloquence and understanding of all the liberal arts. Our own diplomatic transcription of Sloane MS 3825 (a real 17th-c. facsimile) with our transcription and translation. This is the abbreviated version of the notory art; the complete classical one is in our Turner 1657 edition.
