A 13th-century Dominican theologian (1225–1274). In his «Summa Theologica» he resolved the paradox that closes the series: why a demon keeps the powers of its former choir. He distinguishes that, by GLORY, demons are no longer in any angelic order, but by NATURE they keep their gifts (intellect, power, natural hierarchy): they lost grace, not their capacities.
